Delivery Information
- All products sent by TIKI will be calculate based on kilogram. The weighing system for our goods are: 1 Canvas Rug = 4 kg, 1 -5 Cushion Covers = 1 kg and Hand-tufted Rug = 5-10kg depends on its size.
- Please choose your region upon check out and all shipping cost will automatically be calculated. We will process and ship your order(s) within 3 (three) to 5 (five) business days once payment is received for ready stock items. Should there be any problems with your payment, we will contact you directly via email.
- We ship only 2 (days) a week. Our shipping days are: Tuesday and Saturday, from 08.00 am to 18.00 pm.
- For special orders like wholesale, corporate orders and special event souvenir orders (birthdays/weddings/baby showers etc) personalised shipping outside our shipping days will be organised based on request. Self pick up is available.
